Quarterback Jeremaih Masoli completed 17 of 21 passes for 223 yards and a touchdown on Saturday as the Hamilton Tiger-Cats (8-6) dominated the visiting Saskatchewan Roughriders (9-5) 24-3 in the Canadian Football League regular-season finale for both playoff-bound clubs.
