Tavion Thomas ran for 94 yards and three touchdowns while Britain Covey ran back a punt 78 yards for another score in the final play before halftime on Saturday night as the Utah Runnin' Utes (#23, CFP; 8-3 overall, 7-1 in Pac-12 play) locked up the Pac-12 Conference's South Division title after roasting the visiting Oregon Ducks (#3 CFP; 9-2, 6-2) 38-3, ending the Ducks' (and conference's) chances of reaching the College Football Playoff.
