BUCKS TOP SUNS TO WIN FIRST NBA TITLE SINCE 1971; GIANNIS (WHO SCORED 50 POINTS) NAMED SERIES MVP

Giannis Antetokounmpo, who was named series Most Valuable Player, scored 50 points and grabbed 14 rebounds on Tuesday as the Milwaukee Bucks locked up their first National Basketball Association championship since 1971 by defeating the Phoenix Suns 105-98 at home in game six of the NBA Finals, which the Bucks won four games to two.


Five Bucks scored in double figures.


Chris Paul topped the Suns, who are zero-for-three in NBA Finals appearances, with 26 points.
