This makes it Portland's longest winning streak of the season and their first-ever victory over the Five Stripes.

Josef Hernandez put the Five Stripes on the scoreboard in the 88th minute.

The Timbers will host Minnesota United this coming Saturday (7:00 PM Pacific Time, Timbers TV Network via KPDX-TV, Portland-Vancouver/ESPN+/KXTG Radio, 750 AM, Portland)
