MLS: Sunday Wins For Herons, LAFC; Timbers Score Late To Secure Road Draw With Crew

Three games were contested on Sunday in Major League Soccer.

At Columbus, Ohio:

Santiago Moreno's equalizer five minutes into second-half stoppage time lifted the Portland Timbers to a 1-1 road draw with Columbus.

Keven Molino scored for the Crew in the 36th minute.

At  Washington:

Leonardo Campana scored twice (39', 53') while Gonzalo Higuain scored the game winner in the fourth minute of second-half stoppage time as Inter Miami knocked off hosts DC United 3-2.

At Los Angeles:

Carlos Vela converted two penalty kicks (8', 45'+4) as the Los Angeles Football Club defeated the visiting Houston Dynamo 3-1.
