Manny Machado delivered a tie-breaking double in the tenth inning on Friday night as the San Diego Padres (25-14) upended the homestanding San Francisco Giants (22-16) 8-7.

Stephen Curry scored 32 points (18 of them on six three-point baskets) and grabbed eight rebounds on Friday night as the Golden State Warriors defeated the visiting Dallas Mavericks in game three of the NBA's Western Conference Finals, which the Warriors now lead two games to none.

Jordan Poole came off the bench to score 23 points while Kevon Looney added 21 to the Golden State coffers.

Luka Doncic topped the Mavs with 42 points while dishing out eight assists.

Jalen Brunson added 31 points and Reggie Bullock 21 to the Dallas totals.
