In the opener, Tanner Holden scored 37 points and grabbed eleven rebounds as the Wright State Raiders (22-13) picked up their first-ever NCAA Tourney victory by holding off debutantes Bryant (22-10) 93-82.
Peter Kiss paced the Bulldogs with 28 points.
In the nightcap, Paul Atkinson scored 26 points as Notre Dame (23-10) defeated Rutgers (18-14) 89-87 in double overtime.
Nate Laszewski added 18 points to the Fighting Irish's coffers.
Caleb McConnell paced the Scarlet Knights with 23 points and 11 rebounds while Ron Harper, Jr. added 22.
