Goals in the second half from Deiber Caicedo (63'), Brian White (76'), and Cristian Dajome (PK-82') enabled the Vancouver Whitecaps to battle back from a two-goal deficit and knock off the Portland Timbers 3-2 on the road in Wednesday night Major League Soccer action.

Yimmi Chara (15') and Dairon Asprilla (42') each scored once for the Timbers, who were eliminated from Cascadia Cup contention.

Portland will try to snap their two-game skid as they visit the Colorado Rapids on Saturday at 6:00 PM Pacific Time (Timbers TV Network via KPDX-TV, Portland-Vancouver/ESPN+).
