FIFA World Cup Qualifying (CONCACAF): Sunday Wins For Panama (Who Snapped Team USA's 13-Game Unbeaten Run), Ticos, El Tri; Reggae Boyz And Canada Produce Goose Eggs

The Octagonal Round of CONCACAF-regional qualifying for next year's FIFA World Cup continued on Sunday with four games.


At Kingston, Jamaica:


The contest between Jamaica and visiting Canada resulted in a 0-0 stalemate.


At Panama City, Panama:


Anibal Godoy scored the lone goal of the match in the 54th minute as Panama ended the United States' 13-game unbeaten streak by knocking off the visitors 1-0.


At San Jose, Costa Rica:


Bryan Ruiz (52') and Celso Borges (PK-58') each scored once in the second half as Costa Rica overcame visiting El Salvador 2-1.


At Mexico City:


Francisco Cordova (18'), Rogelio Funes Mori (76'), and Hirving Lozano (86') each scored once as Mexico dominated visiting Honduras 3-0.
