TEAM USA AGAIN KNOCKS OFF EL TRI IN OT, THIS TIME TO SECURE SEVENTH CONCACAF GOLD CUP TITLE (FIRST SINCE 2017)

 At Allegiant Stadium, Las Vegas:

Miles Robinson scored the game-winning overtime goal in the 117th minute on Sunday as the United States won their seventh CONCACAF Gold Cup championship (their first since 2017) by knocking off arch-rivals Mexico 1-0.

Back on June 6 in Denver, the Americans' "A" team knocked off Mexico in the CONCACAF Nations League Final 3-2, also in overtime.
