The Maestro Makes It 100 While Felipe Mora's Stoppage-Time Tally Sends Timbers Past LAFC

 At Providence Park, Portland, Oregon:


Diego Valeri scored his 100th career goal in all competitions for the Portland Timbers while Felie Mora scored the game winner at the death (90'+3) as the Portland Timbers upended the visiting Los Angeles Football Club 2-1 in Wednesday Major League Soccer action.


Carlos Vela scored for the visitors in the 17th minute.


The Timbers' next match will be on Saturday on the road against Minnesota United (5:00 PM Pacific Time, Timbers TV Network via KPDX-TV, Portland-Vancouver/ESPN+).
