Giannis Antetokoumpo scored 32 points and grabbed nine rebounds on Saturday night as the Milwaukee Bucks overcame a 16-point deficit to upend the Phoenix Suns 123-119 on the road in game five of the NBA Finals.
Khris Middleton and Jrue Holiday (who came up with a key steal late in the fourth quarter, followed by a pass the aforementioned Mr. Antetokounmpo who slammed it through the bucket for two key points) added 29 and 27 points respectively to the Bucks' coffers; Mr. Holiday dished out 13 assists.
Devin Booker led the Suns with 40 points while Chris Paul (who dished out 11 assists) and Deandre Ayton (with 10 rebounds) added 21 and 20 points respectively.
The Bucks, now up three games to two, can wrap up their first NBA championship since 1971 with a game-six victory at home in Milwaukee on Tuesday (6:00 PM Pacific Time, ABC).
