Bryan Rust and Jeff Carter each scored a first-period goal while Tristan Jarry saved 37 of 38 shots as the Pittsburgh Penguins leveled their series with the New York Islanders at one game apiece after their 2-1 game-two home victory.

WEST DIVISION:

At Paradise, Nevada:

Alex Tuch scored twice (once on the power play) as the Vegas Golden Knights leveled their divisional semifinal series with the Minnesota Wild at a game apiece after their 3-1 home win in game two.
