MLS: Herons Spoil Cincy's Debut At New Home; SKC, Revs, Lions, Sounders Also Win On Sunday

 Five games were contested in Major League Soccer on Saturday.


At Kansas City, Kansas:


Alan Pulido scored twice (PK-32', 58') as Sporting Kansas City dominated the visiting Vancouver Whitecaps 3-0.


At Cincinnati:


Gonzalo Higuain scored twice (38', 85') as Inter Miami spoiled FC Cincinnati's debut at their new home (TQL Stadium) 3-2.


At Foxborough, Massachusetts:


Adam Buksa came through for New England in the 86th minute as his goal carried the Revolution past the visiting Columbus Crew 1-0.


At Washington:


The seventh-minute goal from Mauricio Pereyra stood up as Orlando City knocked off DC United 1-0 on the road.


At Seattle:


Xavier Arreaga (57') and Brad Smith (73') each scored once as the Seattle Sounders continued their hot start to the season after blanking the visiting Los Angeles Football Club 2-0.
