Anfernee Simons scored a career-high 45 points and blocked a potential three-point shot with 4.6 seconds remaining as the Portland Trail Blazers (12-11) held off the homestanding Utah Jazz (14-12) 116-111.
Jerami Grant added 33 points to the Blazers' coffers.
Jordan Clarkson and Lauri Markkanen led the Jazz with 24 and 21 points, respectively.
