Jerami Grant scored 32 points and grabbed ten rebounds on Monday as the Portland Trail Blazers defeated the visiting Charlotte Hornets 124-113.
Josuf Nurkic added 28 points and grabbed 15 rebounds for the Blazers.
LaMelo Ball led the Hornets with 27 points to go with his seven rebounds and seven assists while P.J. Washington added 22 points too the Charlotte coffers.
