At Jan Breydel Stadium, Bruges, Belgium:

Mehdi Taremi scored twice (33', 70') as FC Porto reached the knockout stage of the knockout stage after demolishing homestanding Club Brugge 4-0.

At Metropolitano Stadium, Madrid:

Yannick Carrasco (22') and Rodrigo De Paul (50') each scored once to carry Atletico Madrid to a 2-2 home draw with Bayer Leverkusen as both clubs will now to scramble to get into the Europa League.

Moussa Diaby (9') and Callum Hudson-Odoi (29') for the Black and Reds.
