Christian McCafferty became the first NFL player since 2015 to run, pass (to Brandon Aiyuk), and catch a pass for a touchdown (one of two thrown by quarterback Jimmy Garappolo) on Sunday as the San Francisco 49ers (4-4) completed their fourth consecutive regular-season series sweep of the Los Angeles Rams (3-4), 31-14 on the road.
