MLS Cup Playoffs: Austin, Montreal Come Up Home Winners On Sunday

 The MLS Cup Playoffs continued on Sunday with two games.

WESTERN CONFERENCE:

At Q2 Stadium, Austin, Texas:

Sebastian Driussi scored twice (31', PK-90'+4) as Austin FC came back from two goals down deadlock their match with visiting ten-man Real Ralt Lake at 2-2 and to force 30 minutes of scoreless overtime.

In the penalty-kick shootout, the aforementioned Mr. Driussi, Diego Fagundez, and Emiliano Rigoni converted their spot kicks as the hosts bested their guests 3-1 in the shootout to close out their first-ever playoff game and advance to the Western Conference semifinals.

EASTERN CONFERENCE:

At Saputo Stadium, Montreal:

Ismael Kone (68') and Djordje Mihailovic (PK-90'+9) each scored once as Montreal blanked visiting Orlando City 2-0.
