Damien Lillard scored 31 points (while a dishing out eight assists) while Anfernee Simons added 29 points and Jerami Grant 21 as the Portland Timbers (4-0), which six players added scoring in double figures, spanked the visiting Denver Nuggets (2-2) 135-110 on Monday.
Aaron Gordon topped the Nuggets with 26 points.
