Gonzalo Higuain scored twice (25', 82') in Inter Miami's 2-1 home victory over the Columbus Crew.
At Saint Paul, Minnesota:
Carlos Vela's equalizer at 64 minutes lifted the Los Angeles Football Club to a 1-1 road draw with Minnesota United.
Brent Kallman scored in the 45th minute for the Loons.
At Houston:
Fafa Picault scored twice (PK-76', 85') as the Houston Dynamo, despite having already been eliminated from playoff contention, showed no quit in their 3-1 home triumph over the New England Revolution.
At Kansas City, Kansas:
Khiry Shelton (34'), Robert Voloder (70'), and Daniel Salloi (87') each scored once as Sporting Kansas City dominated visiting DC United 3-0.
