Zac Gallen pitched 7 and 1/3 innings of shutout, ten-strikeout baseball, while the bullpen (with Noe Ramirez and Kevin Ginkel) did the rest as the Arizona Diamondbacks (55-63) handcuffed the homestanding San Francisco Giants (59-59) 5-0 on Thursday to gain a split of their four-game series.
