At Plzen, Czech Republic:
Jan Sykora scored twice (21', 73') as FC Viktoria Plzen destroyed visiting HJK Helsinki 5-0 in game two and finished off the Finnish club 7-1 on aggregate.
At Dublin, Republic of Ireland:
Cauly Oliveira Souza's stoppage-time (90'+1') series winner enabled Ludogorets Razgrad to win their series Shamrock Rovers 3-2 on aggregate despite their 2-1 road setback in game two, in which they concluded with ten men.
At Dudelange, Luxembourg:
Luke Juricic scored twice (54', 85') as Pyunik overpowered F91 Dudelange 4-1 on the road in game two and ousted the hosts 4-2 on aggregate.

At Larnaca, Cyprus:
After a 1-1 game-two regulation draw with resulted in a 2-2 deadlock after 180 minutes, 30 minutes of scoreless overtime was played. Then, Anders Dreyer, Pione Sisto, Oliver Sorensen, and Nikolas Dyhr each converted a spot kick as visiting FC Midtjylland won the penalty-kick shootout to knock out AEK Larnaca 4-3.
