Pall Kiettskard scored the only goal of both the game and series in the 66th minute as KI Klaksvik defeated visiting Sutjeska Niksic 1-0 in both game two and on aggregate in the series.
At Andorra la Vella, Andorra:
Ciprian Deac converted a penalty kick in the 51st minute as CFR Cluj gained a 1-1 game-two road draw with Inter Club d'Escaldes, more than good enough for the Romanian club to win their series 4-1 on aggregate.

At Thessaloniki, Greece (due to Belorussian involvement in the Russian invasion of Ukraine):
Andre Gray scored twice (45', 90'+3) as Aris Thessaloniki defeated Gomel 2-1 in game two and won their series 7-2 on aggregate.
At Solna, Sweden:
After Josafat Mendes' goal late in the first half (45'+3) of game two that enabled AIK to top visiting Vorskla Poltava 1-0 in regulation, squaring the series at 3-3 after 180 minutes; Axel Bjomstrom scored the overtime winner in the 107th minute to enable the Swedish club to win their series 4-3 on aggregate.
