Giants Blank Dodgers, Complete Three-Game Sweep Of Los Angeles

Carlos Rodon pitched six shutout innings with eight strikeouts while Mike Yaztrzemski and Austin Slater each hit a first-inning home run on Sunday as the San Francisco Giants (33-26) blanked the Los Angeles Dodgers (37-23) to complete a three game home sweep of their archrivals.
The Giants are now in third place in the National League's Western Division, 3 and 1/2 in back of the Dodgers and are in the NL's second wild-card berth.
