After Rauno Sappinen scored twice in regulation (28', 88') to enable FC Flora to outdistance visiting Omonia 2-1 in game two and deadlock the series at 2-2 on aggregate, forcing 30 scoreless overtime minutes, Jordi Gomez, Fotios Papoulis, Iyayi Atiemwen, Paris Psaltis, and Hector Yuste converted their spot kicks as the Cypriot club won the penalty-kick shootout 5-4.
At Bratislava, Slovakia:
Jaromir Zmrhal scored for Slovan Bratislava in 38th minute as the Slovak club gained a 1-1 game-two home draw with Lincoln Red Imps and won their series with the club from Gibraltar 4-2 on aggregate.
