At Graz, Austria:
Otar Kiteishvili (39') and Jakob Jantscher (66') each scored once as Sturm Graz blanked visiting NK Mura 2-0 in game two and won their series with the Slovenian club 5-1 on aggregate.
At Antwerp, Belgium:
After Royal Antwerp blanked visiting Omonia 2-0 in regulation of game two to square their series at 4-4 and force 30 minutes of ultimately scoreless overtime, Birger Verstraete, Johannes Eggestein, and Koji Myoshi converted their spot kicks as the hosts won the penalty-kick shootout with their Cypriot guests 3-2.

Mahir Emreli scored twice (59', 70') as Legia Warsaw defeated visiting Slavia Prague 2-1 in game two and took out the Czech club 4-3 on aggregate.
At Cluj-Napoca, Romania:
Aleksandar Katai (PK-5') and Milan Pavkov (53') each scored once as Red Star Belgrade defeated CFR Cluj 2-1 on the road in game two and won their series 6-1 on aggregate.
