MLS: Sporting KC Knock Off Galaxy On Road On Two-Draw Independence Day

 Three games were contested in Major League Soccer on Sunday.


At Frisco, Texas:


Ricardo Pepi (22') and Ranko Veselinovic (OG-90'+4) each scored once to lift FC Dallas to a 2-2 home draw with the Vancouver Whitecaps.


Lucas Cavallini (30') and Andy Rose (45'+2) each scored once for the 'Caps.


At Commerce City, Colorado:


Michael Barrios' equalizer in the 58th minute carried the Colorado Rapids to a 1-1 home draw with the Seattle Sounders.


Alex Roldan scored for the Sounders at 41 minutes.


At Carson, California:


Johnny Russell (81') and Khiry Shelton (90'+5) each scored once as Sporting Kansas City blanked the Los Angeles Galaxy 2-0 on the road.
