At Lurgan, Northern Ireland:

Ali Adem's goal in the 78th minute enabled Shkupi go gain a 1-1 game-two road draw with Llapi, good enough for the club from North Macedonia to win their series 3-1 on aggregate.
At Batumi, Georgia:
Vamara Sanogo (16'), Giuli Mandzhgaladze (47'), and Flamarion Junior (50') each scored once as Dinamo Batumi dominated visiting Tre Penne 3-0 in game two and finished off their Sammarinese opponents 7-0 on aggregate.
At Orhei, Moldova:
Stenio Junior scored twice (42', 55') as Partizani Tirana defeated Sfintul Gheorghe 3-2 in game two on the road and won their series 8-4 on aggregate.
At Yerevan, Armenia:
After Ardit Deliu's goal in the 60th minute enabled Laci to level their series with visiting Podgorica 1-1 on aggregate after taking game two 1-0 in regulation, Regi Lushkja (93') and Fatmir Pregaj (113') each scored an overtime goal as the Albanian club won their series 3-1 on aggregate.

At Tbilisi, Georgia:
Nikola Janjic scored the series winner in the 51st minute as Sutjeska gained a 1-1 game-two road deadlock with Gagra and won their series 2-1 on aggregate.
At Chisinau, Moldova:
Mihai Platica came through for Petroclub Hincesti with his series-winning tally at the death (90'+5) as the Lions From Hincesti defeated visiting Sileks 1-0 in game two and won their series 2-1 on aggregate.
At Skhoder, Albania:
Fahrudin Gjurgjevikj scored twice (48', 72') as Vilzania defeated visiting Siroki Brijeg 3-0 in game two and overcame their Bosnian guests 4-3 on aggregate.

George Kelly scored twice (34', 54') as Bohemians dominated visiting Stjarnan 3-0 in game two and took their series 4-1 on aggregate.

Declan McManus (PK-26') and Leo Smith (27') each scored a goal a minute apart as The New Saints blanked visiting Glentoran 2-0 in game two and won their series 3-1 on aggregate.
