In Saturday's Copa America Final, Angel DiMaria's goal in the 22nd minute proved to be the game winner as Argentina won their first major trophy since 1993 by winning their record-tying 15th Copa America championship, knocking off hosts Brazil 1-0.


After nine failed attempts, captain Lionel Messi finally won his first trophy for his country.


Goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez came up with key second-half saves to preserve the shutout and victory.
