MLS: Saturday Victories For Red Bulls, RSL, Revs, Lions, NYCFC, Hoops, ATX, Quakes

 Ten games made up the Saturday Major League Soccer schedule.


At Harrison, New Jersey:


Gerhard Struber picked up his first victory as the New York Red Bulls' head coach as Cristian Casseres, Jr. (47') and Caden Clark (64') each scored once in the hosts 2-0 dousing of the Chicago Fire.


At Sandy, Utah:


Rubio Rubin scored twice (52', 77') as Real Salt Lake downed visiting Sporting Kansas City 3-1.


At Fort Lauderdale, Florida (due to ongoing COVID-related travel restrictions between Canada and the United States):


CF Montreal and the visiting Columbus Crew battled to a 0-0 stalemate.


At Houston:


Tyler Pasher's goal in the 57th minute carried the Houston Dynamo to a 1-1 home draw with the Los Angeles Football Club.

Corey Baird scored for the guests at 55 minutes.


At Foxborough, Massachusetts:


A successfully-executed penalty kick in the 53rd minute by Carles Gil produced the winning goal for the New England Revolution in their 2-1 home victory over Atlanta United.


At Orlando, Florida:


Tesho Akindele (1'), Nani (19'), and Junior Urso (80') each scored once as Orlando City dominated visiting Cincinnati 3-0.


At Chester, Pennsylvania:


Jesus Medina (5') and Valentin Castellanos (65') each scored once as New York City blanked the ten-man Philadelphia Union 2-0 on the road.


At Frisco, Texas:


Andres Ricaurte (2'), Jader Obrian (13'), Bressan (45'+3), and Dante Sealy (85') each scored once as FC Dallas dominated the visiting Portland Timbers 4-1.


At St. Paul, Minnesota:


Diego Fagundez scored the only goal of the match in the 17th minute as Austin FC defeated Minnesota United 1-0 on the road.


At San Jose, California:


Jackson Yueill scored twice (43', 85') as the San Jose Earthquakes dominated visiting DC United 4-1.
