Paulinho scored the only goal of the match in the 36th minute on Tuesday as Sporting CP wrapped up their 19th Portuguese Primeira Liga championship by defeating visiting (and relegation-threatened) Boavista 1-0.
The Lions, who are headed for the group stage of next season's UEFA Champions League, won their first domestic title in 19 years.
