Major League Soccer opened its' 26th regular season with two games on Friday.
At Houston:
Memo Rodriguez (39') and Maximiliano Urruti (56') each scored once as the Houston Dynamo defeated the visiting San Jose Earthquakes 2-1.
At Seattle:
Raul Ruidiaz scored twice (70', 73') as the Seattle Sounders erupted for four second-half goals en route to a 4-0 frontier-styled home fist-beating of Minnesota United in a rematch of last year's Western Conference Final, which the Sounders won.
