Quarterback Mac Jones threw for 297 yards and four touchdowns---three of them to DeVonta Smith----as the top-seeded Alabama Crimson Tide (12-0) dominated the fourth-seeded Notre Dame Fighting Irish (10-2) in Friday's Rose Bowl Game (the first to be played outside Pasadena, California since 1942) 31-14 to advance to the January 11 College Football Playoff national championship game.
