NFL Playoffs: Chiefs, Bucs Advance To Conference Title Games

 The divisional round of the NFL Playoffs concluded with two games on Sunday.


AMERICAN FOOTBALL CONFERENCE:


At Kansas City, Missouri:


After losing quarterback Patrick Mahones to a concussion in the third quarter (he completed 21 of 30 passes for 255 yards and a touchdown), backup Chad Henne converted a late fourth-quarter fourth-down pass to Tyreek Hill as the Kansas City Chiefs held off the Cleveland Browns 22-17 at home.



NATIONAL FOOTBALL CONFERENCE:


At New Orleans:


Quarterback Tom Brady threw for two touchdowns and ran for another---all three scores the result of New Orleans turnovers----as the visiting Tampa Bay Buccaneers knocked off the hosts 30-20.


Mr. Brady will be making his fourteenth conference championship game appearance.


Three of the Saints' four turnovers were interceptions thrown by quarterback Drew Brees, who may have played his final game.
